Arkitektika assists with sale of iconic Gold Coast site – Miami Ice

A landmark for generations of locals and visitors, the Miami Ice site recently went to market for the first time. Arkitektika partnered with a well known local Commercial Agent, Brad Duncalfe, providing a creative architectural conceptual design for the redevelopment of the Miami Ice property to assist with the successful sale. Burleigh Heads Mowbray Park Surf Life Saving Club Stage 4 is nearing completion

Continuing our work with BHMP SLSC, Stage 4 of the redevelopment work is nearing completion. The building exterior is almost complete, with the finishing of the cladding and painting underway, and the scaffolding soon to be removed. The dramatic form highlighted by the roof profile can be seen behind the remaining scaffolding.
