Consolidating land uses …

As part of our ongoing aged care work, the Earlehaven Auditorium has now been completed.

Along with David O’Dwyer of D & J O’Dwyer Builders, we worked with the client body to identify under-utilised land within the existing development that would permit the construction of a purpose built auditorium and community facility.

As a result of the relocation of these community facilities, they are now more integrated within the aged care community and the land that the original facilities occupied has been reclaimed and consolidated permitting the development of additional independent living units.

In all it has been a win-win solution, whereby the residents can now enjoy improved facilities with greater relationship to their community, and the owner has the opportunity to develop more product on site and increase the overall value of his development.
